报告人简介:

龙腾,北京理工大学教授、博导,校党委委员、校长助理、雷达技术研究所所长。获批为国务院学位委员会第七届学科评议组成员;入选教育部长江学者特聘教授、国家杰出青年科学基金项目获得者;入选第二批国家“万人计划”领军人才、“有突出贡献中青年专家”、国家创新人才推进计划—中青年科技创新领军人才。中国电子学会/中国仪器仪表学会信号处理分会主任委员,中国高科技产业化研究会智能信息处理产业化分会理事长,中国电子学会无线电定位分会副主任委员;IET Fellow、中国电子学会会士。长期从事新体制雷达与实时信息处理领域的研究工作,发表学术论文200余篇;获得授权发明专利70余项;获国家技术发明奖二等奖1项,国防和军队科技成果一、二、三等奖共8项。

 

Biography:

LONG Teng, Full Professor, Assistant President of Beijing Institute of Technology, Director of Radar Technology Research Institute of Beijing Institute of Technology. Authorized as a member of the seventh subject consultative group of the Academic Degrees Committee of the State Council. Approved as Chang Jiang Scholar by Ministry of Education2012and Distinguished Youth Scholars. Chief Technical Officer of 973 Program and Chief Expert of 863 Program. Fellow of Ten Thousand Talents Program and Outstanding mid-aged experts. Young and middle-aged leader of scientific and technological innovation of Nation Innovative Talents Cultivate Program. Member of IEEE Radar System Panel and of the Chinese Institute of Electronics. IET Fellow, CIE Fellow, Chair of International Radar Conference of IET 2009, and Honorary Chair of International Radar Conference 2013/2015.

Prof Long has long been engaged in the research field of the novel radar system and real-time signal processing, and has published two academic books and over 200 academic papers including over 50 SCI indexed papers and over 150 EI indexed papers. Prof Long has been authorized over 50 patents for invention, and won the Second Award for National Technological Inventions (2012) by the State, 8 Awards in Provincial Achievements, and the First Prize for Teaching by Beijing Municipal Government.

 

报告摘要:

本报告首先简要介绍了雷达的基本概念与发展历程,并面向民用雷达技术与产业发展的重大需求,介绍了雷达成像探测系统、微小目标探测系统和航天遥感技术等几种典型新体制民用雷达技术的研究进展与应用成果;并着重讨论了其关键科学问题与解决方案,预测了其技术与产业发展趋势;最后,对未来雷达探测的新机理(如量子雷达、微波光子雷达等)、新技术(如软件化、智能化、芯片化等)等进行了展望。

 

Abstract:

This presentation will first introduce the radar principles, history, development and the major demand for civil radar technology and industrial development. Then this presentation will introduce the research progress and application of several typical civil radar technologies, such as radar imaging detection system, small target detection system and space remote sensing technology. Focusing on several novel radar systems and their key technologies, the key scientific issues and corresponding solutions, research progress and application, and future prospects are presented in detail. Finally, the novel mechanisms of the future radar detection (such as quantum radar, microwave photonic radar, etc.) and new technologies (such as software oriented, Intellectualization oriented, chip, etc.) are prospected.
